Any logistics company/packers movers company having operations in India are eligible to enroll themselves or their company on this portal in lieu of membership fee as described on the listing plans segment. The listing/ membership fee may vary on time to time. The standard period for each listing shall be one year and can be renewed on request. The listing period may sometimes depend on the company requirements & its may vary as per requirements & availability. The packers and movers companies will be allowed to make 5 changes to their company profile during the term. Any extra changes (After first five) will be charged extra.

2. A company has to submit all mandatory information and papers as per our contract in order to get listed (like xerox copy of company registration certificate, address proof, ration card or telephone bill or Voter ID card or Passport).

3. PackersMoversWorld.com reserves the right to reject or remove any listing without assigning any prior notice.

4. PackersMoversWorld.com does not guarantee any business enquires or sales leads against the listing on the portal. Its fully depends on the website users & their requirements against the companies listed here.

5. PackersMoversWorld.com does not guarantee the worthiness of respondents to the your listing on this portal.

6. All transactions carried out in result of contacts or information from this portal is solely on the risk of the provider and customer/ website visitor. PackersMoversWorld.com is in no way responsible to any business conducted.

7. PackersMoversWorld.com shall not use the data and information provided by the transporter/contractor/agent/logistic company/courier company in any other manner other that displaying it for viewing to the user of this portal.

8. All information submitted shall remain confidential and shall not be distributed.

9. Each packers movers company have to provide complete details about their organization like established year, proof of registration, address proff. The branch/ network details must be provided first as its very crucial to provide information about the company in advance..

10. On listing with this directory you would be a member of this portal and will be entitled to all services provided by the portal to your community as per the contract.

11. PackersMoversWorld.com shall not be responsible or party to any business disputes arising out of such business deals done as a result of the information or contacts gained from PackersMoversWorld.com.
